Understanding what happens between people

My experience implementing AI-enabled operational systems has led me to a deeper question: why do organizations using similar tools achieve such different results?

In my published work, I describe eight years of implementation with teams in more than twenty countries. OCI connects that experience with organizational theory, cognitive science, and systems thinking.

I share this perspective through essays, speaking, and advisory conversations with leaders. My TEDx Grand Junction presentation explored AI’s potential for work productivity.
